JUNE 2008 END OF YEAR MEETING [View Presntation] The June 10th meeting was the last meeting for the 2007/2008 season. This meeting had Jerry Kilty present the advantages of Cycle Counts vs. Inventory. The highlight of the meeting is presenting two awards - Member of the Year and Company of the Year. These awards recognize the Member and Company who have best supported the APICS philosophy with education support and volunteer efforts. This year the Company of the Year was presented to Jabil Circuit. Jabil has supported the chapter by sending many employees through training this year and for supporting the chapter by allowing the Chapter to hold educational offerings at their St. Petersburg facility. David Couch receives the Company of the Year award This year the Member of the Year was presented to John Foster CPIM, CSCP. John has supported the chapter as Vice President of Finance for two years and for supporting the chapter by coordinating the educational offerings at the Jabil St. Petersburg facility. David Couch receives the Member of the Year award for John Foster who is laid up with a severe knee injury
