    Job Description Manage the activities of estimating and proposal response to support the customer services and sales departments. Coordinate resources from multiple departments to ensure responses are accurate, timely and meet all the customer's requirements as called out in RFQ's and RFP's.     Process and monitor all inbound and outbound documents with primary focus on 940 and 945 receipt, acknowledgment, execution and transmission [knowledge of 850, 856 and 810, transaction sets is helpful]. Analyze current implementation in order to make recommendations for improvements.

    PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain an up-to-date catalog of retailer vendor/supplier guides, including routing, shipping compliance, product development guides, returns (reverse logistics) and document mapping
    • Review reports and log files on a daily basis
